* Perspectives: "Election Analysis" — Host Bob Abernethy is joined by Michael Cromartie from the Ethics and Public Policy Center, E. J. Dionne, "Washington Post" columnist and senior fellow at the Brookings Institution; and John C. Green, senior fellow in religion and American politics at the Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life for a discussion and analysis of the role religion played in the mid-term elections and what these results could mean for the 2008 presidential campaigns.

* Cover Story: “Bear Butte” — Lucky Severson reports on the controversy over the rise of “biker bars” and other commercial developments near one of Native American’s most sacred sites in South Dakota.

* News Feature: "Supreme Court Abortion Case Update" — Tim O'Brien provides an update on two cases before the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of the federal law banning “partial-birth” abortions.
