* Cover Story: “Men in Church” — Judy Valente explores the reasons for the decline in the number of men regularly attending church services and what some Christian congregations are doing to address this issue.

* Profile: "E.O. Wilson" — Bob Abernethy talks with distinguished biologist E.O. Wilson about his advocacy for an alliance between science and religion to help protect the world’s vanishing species and explores reaction to this proposal with prominent Southern Baptist minister Dr. Richard Land.

* News Feature: "U.S. Catholic Bishops Meeting Update" — Reverend Thomas J. Reese from the Woodstock Theological Center in Washington, D.C., discusses the implications of votes by the nation’s Roman Catholic bishops to adopt guidelines for ministry to gay men and women, and to consolidate their national office.
