This week’s edition of the PBS newsmagazine program RELIGION & ETHICS NEWSWEEKLY (distributed Friday, April 11 at 5 p.m., check local listings) with guest anchor Deborah Potter will feature the following reports:

* Pope Benedict’s Foreign Policy — Kim Lawton provides a preview of Pope Benedict XVI’s visit to the U.S. with a special look at his foreign policy priorities and the significance of the pontiff’s scheduled address to the United Nations.

* Polygamous Wives — Lucky Severson talks with two women living in the polygamist community of Centennial Park, Arizona, about their decision to become plural wives.

* Virginia Tech: Voices of Hope” — Virginia Tech Catholic Campus Minister Fr. John Grace and volunteer musicians from the student community share their efforts to respond to last year’s tragedy by recording and releasing a 10-song commemorative CD.
